For a problem with the app, tell us your phone model, what you scanned (a screenshot helps), and what TsekQR showed. Please don't send your PIN, OTP, passwords or full account numbers.
Stores with several branches: write "Merchant plan" in the subject.
No. TsekQR is an independent tool by TechnoBuilders. It is not affiliated with GCash, Maya, the BSP or any government agency.
Never. It only reads QR codes and gives warnings. You pay in your own e-wallet app as usual.
Green means TsekQR found no warning signs, not that it is guaranteed safe. A swapped sticker can be a perfectly valid QR for the scammer's account, so always check that the payee name matches the store.
The phone checks still ran. The online check needs internet; tap Retry when you're connected.
Email us the link. We review every report before changing the scam list.
Only on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. Export your logs as CSV first if you need them.
